For weddings and larger events, we recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance, especially during peak season (April–August). For smaller celebrations, 4–8 weeks is usually sufficient. We always try to accommodate last-minute bookings — just get in touch.
Our marquees are fully waterproof and built for British weather. In exceptional conditions — particularly high winds — we may need to delay or modify the setup for safety. We monitor forecasts closely and will always keep you informed. We strongly recommend event insurance to cover any weather-related disruptions.
In most cases, no. Temporary structures on private land for a short period typically don't require permission. This depends on your location and local council rules. We're happy to advise based on our experience.
Every hire includes the marquee structure, luxury draping, professional installation, and breakdown — within a standard 1–3 day hire period. Flooring, furniture, and heating are available as optional extras. Use our instant quote tool to build your full package.
A 50% deposit confirms your booking, of which 30% is a non-refundable retainer. The remaining 50% is due on the day of your event once installation is complete. All payments are by bank transfer.
We operate across London and within the M25. For events outside this area, please get in touch — additional travel charges may apply.
Ensure the installation area is clear of debris and obstructions, grass is cut short, and you've informed us of any underground services. Our team will need clear vehicle access. We'll confirm all details ahead of the installation date.
Any changes should be made as early as possible. We'll always try to accommodate requests, but availability of additional equipment can't be guaranteed at short notice. Contact us as soon as you know what you need.
